To order a DOUBLE sided business card, so that you can put your personal info or your
church’s info on the other side of the card, follow the instructions below. We will
provide you with a piece of art that matches the design of the front of the card and
you can use a program such as Photoshop Essentials to put your info on that piece of
art in white text (the background of the card is red, so white text would probably work best).
We do not provide that service, you must do it yourself, but one of the young people in your
church would probably know how to simply add the text info onto the art we provide.
Despite the number of steps listed below, it is quite easy to order these cards,
giving detailed instructions on how to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich even
makes something as simple as that look hard!
If you have any questions involving ordering the cards through the www.printplace.com
website, you can call them from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM at 877-405-3949 for help or go to:

Steps:
-
- Download the art to the FRONT of the Shocking Youth Business Card here:
http://www.gccsatx.com/shockingfront.jpg.zip
- Download the blank BACK art to the Shocking Youth Business Card here:
http://www.gccsatx.com/shockingback.jpg.zip
- Unzip the zip files (typically you should just have to double-click on the downloaded zip files and your
computer should unzip the files automatically). You should now have a “shockingfront.jpg” file on your computer
and a “shockingback.jpg” (which you will have to locate to upload later).
- Go to the printplace.com link below to register for a free account with them so you can place an order:
https://www.printplace.com/cust/login.aspx
- Now go to the printplace.com link below to start ordering the business cards (make sure you are logged in under your new account):
http://www.printplace.com/printing/business-card-printing.aspx
- On the Top right hand of that page, change the settings to match the sample image below. Make sure that the field “Printing” is
set to “4 Color Both Sides” like in the image below.

Under Quantity, choose the number of cards you want to buy, the more you buy, the cheaper… for example, at the time of creating this
website you can buy 250 cards for $21.00 or 10,000 cards for $103.00 (without shipping).

- Then click on the “Add to Cart” button.

-
- Select your shipping address. If you want to select the address you listed when you registered your
account, select whatever you named it, I named mine “home”.
- Select your shipping method (Note, even though “FedEx Ground” appears to be selected by default, you still have
to scroll your mouse over the bullet point next to it and click on it, even if that is the Shipping method you prefer).
- Select how they check your art. I would recommend selecting “Standard Art Check” because it is free and the
artwork we have provided you is already setup properly (with what they call a “bleed”, meaning that the art is
bigger than it needs to be, so that when the business cards are cut out the art goes all the way to the very edge of the card).

- Click on the “Check Out” Button at the bottom right hand of the page.

- The “Check Out” Page should come up, enter your Credit Card information and then check the box next to the “submit button” to agree to the terms, then click on the “submit button”.

- On the next page that comes up, click on the “Click Here to Proceed & Begin Uploading Art” graphic.

- On the next page that comes up, click on the “Upload Art” Button (if you have multiple projects saved,
pick the appropriate one).

- On the next page that comes up, click on the “browse” button for the front of the card and locate where
you saved the “shockingfront.jpg” file. Then click on the “browse” button for the back of the card and locate
where you saved the “shockingback.jpg” file.
- Then click on the “+ Upload Files” Button.
- Wait for it to generate a preview of the cards (this could take a while), if the preview shows the
correct card art for both sides, then click on the appropriate button to accept the proof and finalize
the order if it looks ok (which it should, if anything but the art for the card shows up in the preview,
reject the proof and try to re-upload it).The preview will have multiple colored guidelines on it which
won’t print, they are just there to show you the safe image area of the card, the actual size of the card
when cut out and the bleed marks – all things you shouldn’t have to worry about because the cards have
already been setup for that.
If you order the Shocking Youth Business Cards, please encourage use by letting us
know that you are handing them out, by sending us an email
