'Sin is (always) crouching at the door'. Its always there waiting to devour us and unseat Christ on the throne of our lives. The ruler was close but lacked one thing. We need to be ever vigilant to crucifying our flesh and keep Christ #1. I need to be in the word, listening to a sermon every single day! "Seek ye first the Kingdom..." When I am working on the road, I look forward at night to catching a sermon or doing bible study with you. This study on repentance was an eye opener for me. I never realized how much it is mentioned in the Bible, especially by Christ. It's rarely ever taught in the pulpit today. Thank you for this...God really spoke to me and deepened His saving truth within my soul. The idea of thinking we can't repent, and its root in self righteousness (sin), was a big eye opener for me.
